Basic and advance Tools for Coping with Crying

When your baby is born, crying is it’s primary means of communication. During the first few months of your baby’s life, crying usually stems from being startled by a sudden noise, other children crying, being held insecurely and more. Another reason your baby cries might be their desire to experience touch and motion as they remember from their time in the womb. In this video we will learn appropriate responses to our baby crying. These methods will help your newborn release unnecessary tension in their body and will lead them towards the appropriate conditions for further sensory and motor development in future milestones.

Welcoming a newborn to the new world - how and what to do?

Our babies experience the world through their mouths. The mouth is the first part of our baby’s digestive system, and when it contracts or relaxes, a chain reaction occurs in the entire body. Balancing the way your baby’s muscles are developed is very important, and will result in your baby’s ability to contract or release according to their needs. In this video you will learn to teach your newborn to activate their mouth in several different ways, leading to releasing tension as a result of touching their mouth- a skill that will help them find comfort during bouts of gas or stomach aches.

How to start Tummy Time correctly? and why Tummy time is the base for your newborn development.

Your baby’s ability to turn their head while laying on their stomach is an integral part of bone and spine symmetry and for their proper development. Many babies keep their heads to one side while laying on their tummies with one cheek resting on the surface. In this tutorial you will learn how to lead your newborn towards symmetrical comfort on either side of their head. They will also learn how to turn their head on their own while laying on their tummy through your touch and motion. When your baby understands that they are able to turn their head on their own, a learning process is ignited – one that will lead them all the way through each stage of development.

The must have base for milestone mastery for future development

Your baby’s development stems from their ability to lay on all sides of their body. This ability will help your baby at each stage of development during their first years. For them to feel comfortable on their sides, it’s important you help your baby feel safe and flexible, so they can release any unnecessary tension that has built up in their body.In this video, our newborn baby experiences continued movement in space and this movement is what develops our baby’s balancing system, the toning of their muscles, and more – all skills that lead to laying on the stomach comfortably, and lifting the head with confidence.

what are 0 - 3 month baby milestones and why do they matter?

During the first three months of life, babies go through many physical and cognitive milestones that mark important developments in their overall growth and development. Some of the key milestones for 0-3 month olds include:

Physical milestones: Babies at this age will lift their head while lying on their stomach, bring their hands to their mouth, and start to develop muscle control in their arms and legs.

Cognitive milestones: Babies will start to show interest in the world around them and will track moving objects with their eyes. They will also start to make cooing and gurgling sounds, and may even start to smile at their caregivers.

Social and emotional milestones: Babies at this age will start to show emotion and may start to recognize familiar faces and voices. They will also start to develop a sense of attachment to their caregivers.

It's important to track these milestones because they provide a way for parents and caregivers to understand how their baby is developing and whether they are reaching the milestones that are expected for their age.

If a baby is not meeting certain milestones, it may be a sign that they need additional support or intervention. Tracking milestones can also help parents and caregivers identify any potential developmental delays and seek early intervention to address any issues.
