Take some time out for you.- It is not as easy as it sounds, but make some efforts. Make a room for your hobbies, exercise, and leisure time. Always remember, where there is a will there is a way.

Spend time with your spouse. - Talk to him; make him aware of the changes you feel & how he can help you in this journey. Involve him in this entire process. Take a long drive together and spend time together every day. It'll nourish the bond between the two of you.

If it is not broken do not try to fix it. - Don't try to fix everything. Give young kids a chance to find their own solutions. When you lovingly acknowledge a child’s minor frustration without immediately rushing in to save him, you teach him self-reliance and resilience.
